A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience that uses the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to calm the mind and relax the body. As you rest comfortably, sound waves gently guide you into a meditative state, helping to release stress, restore balance, and invite a sense of peace and renewal.
No prior experience is needed—simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, or anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported as you relax and receive the healing power of sound.

This class is your a 4 week series to hit the reset button, reconnect with yourself, and start your week with intention. Mindful Tuesday's is designed as a sanctuary, offering a slow and easy pace perfect for all levels—no prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.
Each session is crafted around a new healing theme to support your growth, weaving together four deeply restorative elements to prepare you and build your capacity for meditation.
