This class is your a 4 week series to hit the reset button, reconnect with yourself, and start your week with intention. Mindful Tuesday's is designed as a sanctuary, offering a slow and easy pace perfect for all levels—no prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.
Each session is crafted around a new healing theme to support your growth, weaving together four deeply restorative elements to prepare you and build your capacity for meditation.
- Week 1: Includes: Healing Breathwork: Simple, guided breathing techniques to anchor you firmly in the present moment and Meditative Journaling: Prompts to help you explore your inner landscape, providing clarity and emotional release.
- Week 2 & 3: Includes Gentle Restorative Movement: Slow, accessible poses from restorative yoga to release physical tension and calm the nervous system. Week 2, you will be guided through a meditation and movement and shifting positions every 10 minutes with space and silence to reconnect to your self. Week 3 will focus on building our capacity for longer poses (15-20 minutes) also while being guided through a meditation with long moments of silence. The last part of each class there will be space for meditative journaling to reflect on your experience.
- Week 4: Includes: Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): A final practice of deep relaxation, allowing your mind and body to rest fully and completely.
