Mindful Reset
This is an event series

This class is your monthly invitation to hit the reset button, reconnect with yourself, and start your week with intention. Mindful Reset is designed as a sanctuary, offering a slow and easy pace perfect for all levels—no prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.

Each session is crafted around a new healing theme to support your growth, weaving together four deeply restorative elements:

  • Gentle Restorative Movement: Slow, accessible poses from restorative yoga to release physical tension and calm the nervous system.
  • Healing Breathwork: Simple, guided breathing techniques to anchor you firmly in the present moment.
  • Meditative Journaling: Prompts to help you explore your inner landscape, providing clarity and emotional release.
  • Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): A final practice of deep relaxation, allowing your mind and body to rest fully and completely.

Come as you are, and leave feeling centered, nourished, and ready to flow through your week with peace.

All you will need is a yoga mat to practice
