Welcome to 2026! As the world rushes into resolutions, we invite you to pause and approach this New Year with intentionality, not just effort. We have rushed around this December making memories and laughing and also remembering those not with us this season. New energy is needed to clear the frantic energy of December.

Feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list? Grab a piece of paper and set a timer for five minutes. Write down every single thought, concern, and task that is swirling in your head. Do not edit or judge. Once the timer is up, crumple the paper (or shred it) to symbolize letting go. It’s an immediate, simple way to create mental space.
