This month, we focus on nourishing your inner life and honoring the bonds that sustain you.

Gather your favorite people (or just yourself!) for a nurturing evening focused on self-love and friendship. This special event combines mindful flower arranging with a luxurious Restorative Yoga practice to follow. The creativity of the flowers helps ground your mind, and the supported yoga allows your body to sink into deep, effortless rest. You'll leave with a peaceful heart and a beautiful arrangement. Bonus: Light refreshments and photo op.
