With Warmth, Steph & Elyza

Steph is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in perinatal mental health and infertility. In early 2025, she expanded her practice to include self-care workshops featuring flower arranging and other grounding creative practices.
Throughout her work with postpartum parents she kept hearing the same thing: "my self care is showering". Steph knows how common and understandable that feeling is. Between professional realizations and her own personal grief, Steph began to prioritize finding ways to help her clients engage in intentional self care with nurturing activities to help settle the nervous system.
Her workshops are designed to offer the best blend of creativity and emotional wellness, by giving people space to connect, create in a therapeutic affirming environment, without it being "therapy".
In addition to flower arranging and sound healing, Steph lows beach days, fast cars, yoga & snuggling her two cats. She wants wait to share meaningful moments of joy and grounding with you at an upcoming workshop!

Elyza is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in trauma therapy utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS. In 2024, Elyza started her 200 hour yoga teacher training and it expanded her vision to want to share this with clients and her community. In 2025, she graduated from yoga training and joined her friend, Steph in creating The Healing Flow Collective.
As a trauma therapist, what led her to yoga teacher training was to create an inclusive, trauma informed space for her clients to start their journey with exploring movement, grounding, and safe connections to their body again as this space hasn't been available to them.
Her workshops are designed to offer slow connection building to your body again through yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, and reiki.
Elyza, in addition to being an LMHC, is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Usui Reiki Master, and has advanced training in Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Facilitation.
Fun Facts about Elyza : She enjoys every free moment near the lake she lives by, she loves yoga, strength training, walks with her dog, and traveling to new corners of the world.
She can't wait to support you at an upcoming workshop!

What is trauma informed yoga?
Trauma-informed yoga is a gentle, empowering approach that prioritizes choice, safety, and body awareness. It supports nervous system regulation and healing without pushing past emotional or physical boundaries.
I'm new to yoga. Can I still join?
Yes! Our classes and workshops are beginner-friendly and adaptable to all bodies, experience levels, and energy states. Please make your teacher aware of any injuries for additional adjustments.
Do I need to have experienced trauma to join your classes or workshops?
Not at all. While our approach is trauma-informed, our offerings are for anyone seeking deeper self-care, nervous system support, and mindful connection.
Whats the difference between restorative yoga and trauma informed yoga?
Restorative yoga uses props to fully support the body in restful postures. Trauma-informed yoga focuses more on mindful movement, choice-making, and internal awareness. Both are slow, soothing, and grounding.
What do your self care workshops include?
These are creative, nature-inspired sessions that use flowers or other crafts for hands-on activities like arranging, intention setting, or seasonal rituals—supporting mindfulness and joy.
What is Reiki and how is it used in your practice?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique used to promote balance and relaxation. We offer it as a standalone service or integrated into yoga and sound bath experiences.
Are virtual options available?
Yes! We are slowly building our online offerings for virtual classes and workshops for healing in the comfort of your home.
How do I sign up or learn more?
You can view our upcoming offerings and register through our website or follow us on social media.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is vibrational event using singing bowls and other instruments to promote relaxation and grounding. If you have never been to a sound bath before, it can feel jarring at first. Your body will settle.
You are always welcome to take space if it is causing a strong response.
Not recommended for pregnant individuals and people with pacemakers.
Where are your in person workshops?
We are located at 714B Southbridge Street, Auburn,MA. We are in the rear entrance of the rear building.
